Wasn’t sure from the premise if I’d be bored out of my mind but couldn’t stop listening. Great narration, compelling story; funny, suspenseful, sad. One of the best audible books I’ve listened to.

As other have said this is grim and grotesque. It’s also, at least in the English translation and as performed here, painfully simple. No metaphor is left unexplained. I tried to hang in there for the reveals but just couldn’t make it through
