Most important book ever aside from Scriptures 🙏

I cannot overstate how many times this book guided my life. How often I was about to help my child by following Dr Peck's clear, concise insights. And the way he integrates GRACE and RESPONSIBILITY, well, no author I know of has made these truths and MANY others so accessible to regular people. The author shares his own struggles, admits his own inability to overcome certain things like cigarettes, and alcohol to name a couple. But he also shares how by facing parts of himself that were not serving him well, and being willing to change, he overcame.

Bottom line: THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BOOK YOU WILL HAVE EVER READ... I have begun to reread/listen again for the twenty somethingth time.... 🙏👍

Are you tired of books that you labor to complete?
Try this one by GKC on St Thomas Aquinas.
You will be carried along on a journey of joy as you see this great saint through the brilliant eyes of GKC.
CS Lewis said that George Macdonald baptized his imagination... But it was Chesterton who Baptized his intellect.
If like me, you are looking for a book that reads at the speed of Holy Joy, this is the one.
And Derrick Perkins narration is a masterful bonus... Perkins captures every turn of GKCs wit and wisdom.
I just reformatted my phone so I had to download this gem again and Audible asked me for a review... So if you see an older review, fear not... I am not a bot, just a fan who is about to listen to this masterful distillation of the great Catholic Dynamic Duo [gkc and st thomas] for perhaps the fifteenth time...
If this review encourages one person to experience the joy I have received over the many many many hours I spent in the company of these two practical, down to earth geniuses of our faith... I will be blessed 🙏

It's an honor to stand on the shoulders of S Hahn and get a glimpse of what he sees. To have this master artist provide us with a tapestry of such a majestic Heavenly vision of the passion of our Lord. Just finished reading number two. Now restarting for the third time.... Hallelujah, We are an Easter People and hallelujah is our song.

This book explains IT ALL... How "The Plot" or agenda began and gradually infiltrated all of society. The author provides an overview of every major societal shift that took the US from a FREEDOM OBSESSED nation, to the cowering sack of pathetic, politically correct SJWs. How this plot emasculated our strong, proud, masculine society, with a feminine bedrock in the home, to one where women are no longer attracted to men and opt for same sex or trans sex options. If like me you are perplexed at how we got here, this is your book. The author covers every area that has you scratching your head in confusion. This book is a must for anyone who wants to understand how in the hell we got here...
