Historia
As a botanist and professor of plant ecology, Robin Wall Kimmerer has spent a career learning how to ask questions of nature using the tools of science. As a Potawatomi woman, she learned from elders, family, and history that the Potawatomi, as well as a majority of other cultures indigenous to this land, consider plants and animals to be our oldest teachers.

Historia
What started out as a desperate search for healing from trauma, became Redefining Love, a courageous journey inward, followed by an infinite journey outward. We live in a divisive time. Many of us move through our days with a sense of frustration, fatigue, and fear. That fear fuels anger that clouds our judgment and destroys our happiness. Built on the foundation of the Three Pillars of Boundaries, Accountability, and Grace, Sara Beth Wald offers a new definition of love that honors the struggle of deep caring and empowers us to prioritize our mental health amid conflict.

Profound!
Revisado: 10-17-23
This is single handedly the most profound work I've come across in my search for healing my own trauma. Sara Beth Wald is a brilliant narrator and in this book she so clearly and easily defines the first steps to take to handle conflict, heal trauma and love others despite hurts and differences. Everyone should read this book, together we can each change the way we love, change our lives and change the world!
