I am a former Bronxite whose mom had an aunt who lived on Simpson Street. This story was inspirational and emotional for me as the anniversary of my mom’s passing nears.
Now, I have to subscribe to Hulu and re-watch SCANDAL after I hug my daughter.

Inspiring!

Really enjoyed this. It made me want to know more about Mr. Noah. I didn't really watch his show in the past except for channel surfing during bouts of insomnia, but since the 2016 election, I began following him. His story has made me a fan and has inspired me to live a fuller life.

If you're on a spiritual journey and you have "why" or "why me" questions, "Your Soul's Plan" is, for me, on an equal footing with "Conversations with God" by Neale Donald Walsch.
What three words best describe Richard Banks’s voice?
I thought it was monotonous and I found myself wandering off in my mind. I thought he needed more inflection in his voice. Were it not because the material interested me, I might have given up after the first chapter.

I plan to search out more audio books by this author, even if he uses the same narrator. I am fascinated by the material and found myself wishing I had been one of his interviewees.

Would you consider the audio edition of A Heart Not Easily Broken to be better than the print version?
Comparing the audio edition of A Heart Not Easily Broken to the print version is like comparing apples to oranges. I just loved this story on its own, but I also love the series.When reading a story, you conjure up images and you hear it in your head in your own voice. The audio version of this story came close to what I heard in my head reading the story.
Any additional comments?
I would say Quiana did a great job with inflection, accents and adding bass to her voice when doing the male roles. You know who is whom.In addition, I really liked the "soundtrack" in this version. I loved the music chosen for the different scenes, but sometimes it overpowered the narrator.
