So many generalizations

I really like Keke Palmer so this review is rated purely because I’m very disappointed in the content. Listening to this was like listening to someone read the affirmations that they saved in Pinterest. These statements are mostly broad and general. Anyone could have put their name on this book.

Gives the Guidance of an Elder

I truly enjoy this series of talks in Thay's own words. I listen to this during my commute to work to keep me present and calm. I also listen during breaks at work to help keep me grounded and to remind me not to be carried away by the demands of the office. I am required to speak to several bank clients each day. I attribute Thich Nhat Hanh's teaching for showing me the proper way to listen, understand the client's suffering and respond in an empathetic manner.

I've tried listening to 2 chapters of this audio "book". The narrator speaks for about 10 minutes, the rest of the 1 hour plus long chapter is music. I do not want an album of sleepy music and will be contacting customer service to return this title immediately.
