An exceptional LIFE.

A most enjoyable and fair biography on one of the most singular and admirable humans to have walked the planet. It makes us want to understand and reverse Borodino, Leipzig and Waterloo…. Despite these momentous defeats, he forged modern Europe and arguably, he might have been able to promote republicanism, equality before the law and his napoleonic civil reforms throughout Europe a century earlier… advancing the human experience under the principles of the Illustration.
