Narrator issues

I'm unsure why the narrators changed, however the previous narrators were superior. the new male narrator was fine, the female narrator rarely changed her voice for different characters. Some characters like Silver, the accent changed from scene to scene which really toke me out of the story. I really enjoyed the story but hope if these narrators stay the same moving forward, work on changing up the accents and remembering which character had which accent.

I've made a good career following the rules and taking on superheroes in scripted fights. But I'd never dreamed it would end up with me dating two stunning supervillainess, getting a household death ray, and having a mad scientist living in my basement. But you roll with the punches in this business. Be it coaching yandere psychics on the art of villainous monologuing, sourcing costumes from busty demonic fashionistas, or taking down a superarms dealers trying to kidnap my mad scientist. One thing's for sure, there's never a dull moment being the bad guy.

horrible male narrator

okay I love the premise and loves the first book. But the switch of male narrators is blatantly obvious and truly takes away from the story. The narrator sounds 20 years older and has no inflection in his tone from scene to scene very monotone and completely toke the story from exciting to me not wanting to continue. Just read the story the male narration is rough and off-putting.

This is an amazing book and start to the trilogy. It opens up well and quickly sets up deep and enjoyable characters. The world building and overall story and lore is a exciting and unique look.
Yes this book has sex scenes and harem plots. But the author put that in the summary, if you still read the book and complained about it, that is not the author's fault. This is a great book for people looking for a interesting fantasy romp from a great imagination.
