A Lamentable Mess

Awful, just awful

The narrator gives a valiant effort and includes many musical clips and sound effects from the Star Wars movies, but the story is just so bad. One-dimensional characters abound. Each chapter (not counting the randomly inserted "interludes" which are like little mini-stories of their own, only vastly more interesting than the main story) begins with an implausible explanation for how the previous scene's cliffhanger was resolved. The chapter then proceeds at a dull pace, slowly builds up to something more interesting, some new dilemma, then at the peak abruptly shifts to something else. It reads like a bad soap opera.
