Good news the narration is still good and some of the pointless sex is skipped. Besides that though; plot armor so thick it's all but indestructible. Side characters that range from completely pointless to everyone becomes Superman but still useless. Ending with the epilogue that basically ends up with a redo button that brings everybody back to life because who cares. If I hadn't forced myself through the last book and just wanted to finish the story hoping there'd be some redemption I'd have never listened to this book. if you love it great but at this point I'd rather watch & eat paint then try listeyto this again.

Slow burn but very worth it

It's a slow burn & the MC is too cool for school sometimes about some game tropes but besides thoughs moments it's pretty good. MC has some past trama and when he has to deal with it it's ok to kinda plz shut up. Maybe that's too hard but I usually felt the book was kinda a slough at those moments; Besides the final fight & when it's revealed who a family members of his is in game. Once this book got going it was great. MC's party members also get some backstory & growth which is nice. Especially when you find out how supporting character Nick was seen by the party in the beginning though that's explained in the epilogue. The epilogue also let's you see alot of decisions pay off making them worth the wait.

Finally I'd say my favorite part was the first Boss's quest chain. It was the coolest to me bringing MC some closure; and gave me a Blood Borne feel.

Plot Holes Assemble / Story's alright though

The amount of times Plot Holes appear in this book is painful to say the least; while the story is alright & the sex is good it leaves a lot to be desired. From the very start of the book there is a promise for answers that gets pushed to the wayside bc there's a more immediate threat as apposed to Who The Hell Is Cole. The magical creatures the Coven hunts are a joke; and the battle with the Duke was a flop. If you can ignore the gaping plot holes & just want the story to continue then it's fine but otherwise bit painful. Thankfully the 3rd book brings it back to decent.

We're Pregnant GETS OLD M has No BACKBONE ends ok

M has no control over women, No Army, Mega plot armor trys too hard and falls flat many times, could've been Much better and more interesting. If there was half as much Super Baby talk and power levels made sense then it'd be 4 to 5 stars. Instead Mason, 5 women, & a tank can take on 500+ Elfs and win. Hell Mason only learned how to use maga Because he was told how. But Aurora with no help since it's Never been done before connects with the sun at the 11th hr with full control of the connection & powers. Growing in power over 15 books absolutely; but not everyone has a lux baby mode.
Epilogue helps a lot but can't fix the whole book. Feels like it tried so hard and ended up with a belly flop there's some good but a hell of a lot mind numbingly bad.
