Historia
Women are missing and dying in the Triangle area of North Carolina. One woman holds the key to why. With the conclusion of the Y-Man murders nine months ago and her resignation from the FBI, former Special Agent and Behavioral Analyst Rainey Bell has finally found peace and contentment she never thought possible - even if she remains a bit paranoid. Her wariness is justified when a monster from her past rears his demonic head. Rainey has faced death and evil before - alone. Now it’s different - she has a family to protect, her own. Only Rainey can keep them alive. Or can she?

A Great Series
Revisado: 12-11-24
This is a great series and would love to have the rest of the titles available for listening. The narration was well done and pleasant to listen to. If Audible is not able to bring the titles to listeners, I recommend reading them.

Great story
Revisado: 11-22-24
I love this story. I also recommend reading this book. Unfortunately, the narrator did not inspire listening to this story. She did not appeal to me and her interpretation of characters in my opinion was off.

Historia
Emmy Award-winning actress Tatiana Maslany narrates a brand-new special edition recording of the first audiobook in the worldwide best-selling trilogy from Suzanne Collins! In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by 12 outlying districts. The Capitol keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

Exceptional Read
Revisado: 09-14-24
Having read all the books, I listen to the audio performance as a way to enjoy literature when I cannot physically read. This reading by Tatiana Maslany is an absolute pleasure. Having admired her acting it comes as no surprise. To have a performer bring a story to life and bring tears to your eyes is a testament of exceptional writing and reading. I recommend this version and thank both the author and performer.
