Too much detail // I won't waste my $$ on book 2

This whole book, takes place on day one. Sometimes called day one, Sometimes called day zero. There is way too much detail, down to exactly how the vehicle has to get around obstacles. This whole part of the book can be sumed up to, Jack had to maneuver around stopped vehicles switching onto the median and going the wrong way on the freeway. But instead there is nearly an hour explaining exactly how he did this.

Well written story, that keeps you engrossed through all 3 books. I was sad for the ending, but it was completely in context of the character.

While the story line and mysteries are good. This author should remember that you don't always have to say ".... said". The repetitive of that almost overwhelmed the great story.

Started out good, but by the 3rd book, I was skipping huge sections. Began to be repetitive and the narration was basically the same voice for all the men and a different voice for all the women. By the end I only listened to the final chapter and epilog of the final book.

some of the chapters are out of order. and except for the first chapter the narration was good. But the first chapter seemed off in delivery and character voices

wonderfully quirky

this is a cute, yet wonderfully quirky book about a woman whose well ordered world is turned upside down. Yet she finds out just how great that can be. Narrator sets just the right tone. A must have for anyone who likes funny and sweet all in the same book.
