Interesting plot, the many twists and surprises, the politically incorrect humor that was hilarious

I tried these books to hear other genres than I usually read/listen to. I was hooked all through the stories and really enjoyed the wisecracks that were definitely politically incorrect, but hilarious and fit the situation. The narrator, Johnny Heller, fit this type of narrative and successfully made it work. I’m glad that I tried something different and now have a new author and narrator to enjoy their books in the future.

Very interesting story and review of historical event

The story covered actual events occuring during WWII involving US citizens of Japanese heritage. It showed how Japanese citizens fought spy rings in Hawaii and how they did so meritoriously.

very entertaining & is a mysteriously/thriller

like....psychic ability of bar owner, description of the various characters that are potential killers, and that it is not a spy mystery/thriller or space alien invasion genre,, etc. that I normally get.
The plot is quick paced, has lot's of info on the characters so you gotta pay attention to not miss clues. The narrator did a great job in reading of story/characters verbiage, etc.

lot's of quick action, multiple layers of betrayal of the USA by those charges to protect it.

per the above the action is great and the story moves along quickly with complicated multiple betrayals against the US. However, it was often hard to keep track of who was doing what with very vague transitions to something or somebody else. Overall, I enjoyed the story! 😃

Great story, many twists, surprise ending

Great story, many twists, and a surprise ending. There are multiple stories within the primary story. This is not the normal type of story that I read, However I am glad I did. Narrators were very good though change from one character to another were at times hard to catch.

Another great Isaac Bell action packed story!!!!

Another action-packed thriller starring Isaac Bell and the Van dorn agency team. Performance enhanced by Scott brick and his very capable narration and style. I really enjoyed this.

Great story even with missing or distorted facts

I love this story! even with distorted facts or missing information the intent of the story drags you right in to the action underway to disrupt and eliminate Mary and all her team. it is hard to understand what the heck is going on in detail until the end when you start to see the characters fall into place. I won't ruin the ending but the new leader of worldwide Christianity will throw you for a loop!!!

The misspelled words, missing or incorrectly related facts didn't bother me since they were twisted to fit the story's intent. and it was free! thank you for sharing this.. I will look for other stories from the author/writers in the future.
