This book actually brought self realization and reflection tears to my heart and mind. I’ve known myself better than I thought and loved every chapter! Few new areas to work on and help life find even more balance to the most core aspects of life. Must read or listen to this book!

Relation to resistance is a good concept to understand and what it takes to overcome it. I’ve waited three years to read this book and grateful for the opportunity to enjoy its auditory version.
