Historia
The epic and highly anticipated conclusion to the listener-favorite series that had countless Audible listeners (and employees) hooked from the very first Bob - featuring, as always, a flawless performance from the inimitable Ray Porter. Being a sentient spaceship really should be more fun. But after spreading out through space for almost a century, Bob and his clones just can't stay out of trouble. They've created enough colonies so humanity shouldn't go extinct.

Mildly disappointing 3rd book
Revisado: 09-30-17
The first book in the series was amazing. The second book was decent, and built out a lot of content.
This book focused way too much in the side stories, and not enough on the main... “issue” (avoiding spoilers). Rather, than the attention to detail the first book had, it felt like a rushed moment. “Tadaaaa, we have this stuff and here’s how it panned out”.
I wish the series had maintained the quality of the first book.

An awesome mix of light heartedness and sci-fi
Revisado: 04-17-17
What made the experience of listening to We Are Legion (We Are Bob) the most enjoyable?
The narration was perfect! Ray Porter seemed to really catch the essence of the book.
The book itself is sooooo fun. It's a great, easy to read (listen to) book that satisfies the sci-fi part of me, but constantly moves along.
What was one of the most memorable moments of We Are Legion (We Are Bob)?
All the little quips that make Bobs so fun.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, I listen on my commute but would sometimes wait in the parked car to finish part of the book.

Historia
At some point, every one of us embarks on a journey to find love. We meet people, date, get into and out of relationships, all with the hope of finding someone with whom we share a deep connection. This seems standard now, but it’s wildly different from what people did even just decades ago. Single people today have more romantic options than at any point in human history. With technology, our abilities to connect with and sort through these options are staggering. So why are so many people frustrated?

Felt more like a guide to dating.
Revisado: 04-17-17
Would you try another book from Aziz Ansari and Eric Klinenberg and/or Aziz Ansari and Eric Klinenberg ?
Probably not
What was most disappointing about Aziz Ansari and Eric Klinenberg ’s story?
It was highly suggested by Audible, which is why I purchased it. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I certainly wasn't looking for a book that effectively tells modern singles how to navigate the current dating scene.
As a married man with kids, nothing in this book really resonated with me. It wasn't terribly insightful or surprising. I really wanted to like the book, but couldn't finish it.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Aziz Ansari always brings some fun humor to anything he does.
Any additional comments?
Don't go into this book thinking you'll come away with a bunch of "ah-hah" moments, or anything to talk about with colleagues.
Do get this book if you're in the singles scene... maybe.

Historia
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he's alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. Chances are, though, he won't have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plainold "human error" are much more likely to kill him first.

This is one of my favorite books to date. I haven't read the physical version, but I suspect the audio version is even better.

Historia
It was just before Summertide, the time when the twin planets, Opal and Quake, would orbit closest to their sun, subjecting both - Quake in particular - to vast tidal forces. It was to be the most violent Summertide ever, creating something that only happened every 350,000 years. Planetary Administrators Hans Rebka and Max Perry had no choice but to go to Quake - risking their lives to protect the others - and to learn, just maybe, the secret of Summertide and the Builders.

Warning: End to the series is disappointing
Revisado: 04-07-15
If you could sum up Summertide in three words, what would they be?
Good but careful
Any additional comments?
Be careful, the book (and for the most part, the series) is good. But the ending to the series is pretty darn disappointing.

Historia
Humans first reached out to the stars traveling at a painfully slow sublight crawl - then they found the Bose network, which allowed ships to jump instantaneously from one node in the galactic arm to another. Once in the network they found the Artifacts: enigmatic structures, millions of years old, left by a vanished race. Incomprehensible to both human and non-human minds, the Artifacts seemingly defy natural law.

What A Pitiful Ending
Revisado: 04-07-15
What would have made Convergence better?
An ending that actually wrapped up the story. It's clear Charles Sheffield was trying to leave room "in case" he wrote a 5th book. I'm really disappointed in the ending to this series.
Would you ever listen to anything by Charles Sheffield again?
No, he has broken my trust.
Would you be willing to try another one of Geoffrey Howard’s performances?
Yes
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
As the last book, it was okay.
