Historia
In Indistractable, Eyal reveals the hidden psychology driving us to distraction. He describes why solving the problem is not as simple as swearing off our devices: Abstinence is impractical and often makes us want more. Eyal lays bare the secret of finally doing what you say you will do with a four-step, research-backed model. Indistractable reveals the key to getting the best out of technology, without letting it get the best of us.

Great for Habits Improvements
Revisado: 02-06-23
Honestly I feel like this book paired well with Atomic Habits. It doesn’t replicate anything. It compliments what Atomic Habits missed and vice versa. I really enjoyed this book. I listened to it twice. I felt like the words real stuck.

Historia
Alicia Berenson’s life is seemingly perfect. A famous painter married to an in-demand fashion photographer, she lives in a grand house with big windows overlooking a park in one of London’s most desirable areas. One evening, her husband, Gabriel, returns home late from a fashion shoot, and Alicia shoots him five times in the face and then never speaks another word. Alicia’s refusal to talk, or give any kind of explanation, turns a domestic tragedy into something far grander, a mystery that captures the public imagination and casts Alicia into notoriety.

Really Felt Like a Movie
Revisado: 02-06-23
The writing was great. The story was intense. Had me on the edge of my seat. I just wish the ending wasn’t rushed.

Historia
Organized children are raised, not born. That’s the philosophy behind this confidence-building, sanity-saving book. Fostering organized thinking in your child will help with concrete concerns (think a tidier bedroom!) and build critical life skills like learning to plan and grasping the big picture. Dr. Korb’s 5 Steps to Raising an Organized Child apply to all ages. So, whether you have an infant or a teenager, it’s never too late (or too early!) to foster organization in him or her and harmony in your whole family.

Great book for parents with kids 18 & under
Revisado: 07-30-21
I really enjoyed listening to this book. Ironically, I really liked how organized it was laid out. This book talks about both internal organization and physical organization. Beyond organization it really helps set up kids for success.
