YOUR LIFE SUCKS AND ITS ALL YOUR FAULT BECAUSE YOU’RE LIVING LIFE WRONG!

So the majority book is basically just a scolding from Gary telling you that you need to stop doing that sh*t and that everything that sucks in your life is your fault and everything you do to try to fix it is bad.
He doesn’t spend much time on the part about ending self-sabotage and demanding your life back. But whatever you’re doing is wrong, and looking back into the past is totally wrong.
