Historia
Picking up where he left off in his electrifying Letter to the American Church, Eric Metaxas renews and deepens his call to believers not to “practice” their faith but to live it—heroically and with joy. Invoking famous but misunderstood words of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, he shows that God’s answer to evil is “religionless Christianity”—the rejection of religiosity and the embrace of a living and active faith, one that consumes the whole person and affects every aspect of his life. The awakening of this faith will bring revival, a “new birth of freedom,” and a renaissance of Christian culture.

Historia
Turning the other cheek does not mean standing by while the enemies of God dismantle Christian civilization and brainwash our children. Decrying the cowardice that masquerades as meekness, Eric Metaxas summons the Church to battle. An attenuated and unbiblical “faith” based on what Bonhoeffer called “cheap grace” has sapped the spiritual vitality of millions of Americans. Paying lip service to an insipid “evangelism,” they shrink from combating the evils of our time. Metaxas refutes the pernicious lie that fighting evil politicizes Christianity.

Worthy to Read and Heed
Revisado: 03-02-23
Metaxas gives a clear call to believers in the USA to consider D. Bonhoeffer’s clarity of conviction of Biblical faith and bravery in countering the powers of Nazi Germany and how that ought to be lived out in the face of a new “nazism” believers face today. His call to action is not complicated nor without cost. Christians, especially leaders need to read and heed this book!

Dark Agenda is about an embattled religion, but, most of all, it is about our imperiled nation. Tackling a broad range of issues from prayer in the schools to the globalist mindset, Horowitz traces the anti-Christian movement to its roots in communism.

Authentic and Practical Devotional Resource
Revisado: 09-09-19
This is an excellent resource for learning and practicing the integration of one's spirituality with real life issues. No ivory tower nor warm-fuzzies. I have the in-print and audio version. I enjoy the audio because the author is the narrator and you can hear in her voice her authenticity and passion to reach those of us who need some help in our devotional times. She communicates from Scriptures and her real life experiences of entering the Throne Room. It's easy listening and more importantly, informative and inspiring. Enjoy a great view from the Throne Room!

Historia
Americans have come to tolerate, embrace, and even champion many things that would have horrified their parents' generation - from easy divorce and unrestricted abortion on demand to extreme body piercing and teaching homosexuality to grade schoolers. Does that mean today's Americans are inherently more morally confused and depraved than previous generations? Of course not, says veteran journalist David Kupelian.

If you want to see what's happening, Kupelian will give you an overload. He gives undeniable insight essential to understanding what in the world is going on. His treatment of abortion is closed-case. Anyone with a heart could NEVER countenance such a horrific atrocity. An essential read!

Jack's open heart and disarming candor have touched my heart with truth and tenderness. Truth in Jack's relentless exposure of the issues of his heart which resonates with those in my heart. Tenderness in the freedom of condemnation and the strength of our Father's Love . Very well done.

Historia
Follow one man’s journey of learning to hear the voice of God. By putting words to the things God has shown him through some amazing experiences, John Eldredge helps listeners shed light on the miraculous truths that God is showing them right now. Our deepest need is to live in conversation with God. To hear his voice. To follow him intimately. This is the single most life-changing habit that a human being can adopt, because it brings us back to the source of life. Yet most Christians have never been taught how to have a conversation with the Creator.

A Mega Shift in Relating to God
Revisado: 12-02-11
John shares his life experiences in learning to converse with God. He provoked a mega shift in my understanding how to walk in intimacy with God. Prayer is out of the closet and into John's real life experiences. He takes the risk of transparency in all things...personal, family, spiritual and even spiritual warfare. And, he models how to engage God conversationally...literally, doing it...the asking and the listening. This read can be a life-changer. It is for me.
