This is basically a biographical story which makes wine into some supernatural commodity. I don’t know if he is trying to market wine or help people understand marketing. Everytime he starts going on and on about wine I envision him half drunk at the end of his writing session on his favorite wine. Seriously, was this book thought out with the readers time in mind? I get it…to mention it once or twice but over and over again? It feels like it’s a book that’s about him dealing with his own family issues, where he wasn’t allowed wine as a youth and now has to make it the center of his life. Well guess what, wine contains alcohol and alcohol is not healthy. Maybe people don’t want to be preached to about substance use. Rename the book - a book about wine and some marketing tips
