There's a lot of talk these days about how to be successful. But what if success is all about simply refusing to give up? In this book, the author explores the power of persistence and shares some tips on how you can keep going when the going gets tough. As I have gotten a bit older, I have realized that sticking with the effort and refusing to give up and keep working is as or more important than having a solid grasp of what you're trying to achieve. Great book, Great listen.

This book is wonderful in helping parents help their children that have anxiety. Having a child that has a high level of anxiety when it comes to going to school. He is one of the tallest in his class and is a bit on the unathletic side, and he has dealt with many of the symptoms described in this book. This book has provided me with tools to help him succeed over the long term while reaching a higher level of understanding with him as he moves forward in his school career. A must listen for any parent who has a child who is anxious about school.

I got this book just because I do have anger and frustration related to several issues I suffer from. This book, though written for women, is great for anyone who finds themselves frustrated and feels like they can lose their shit at any moment. It gives clear and concise exercises and techniques that can help you become more mindful and conscious of your emotions and help you to improve and be the person you want to be.
