It really makes you realize how natural birth actually is and it isn't an illness or something that needs constant medical intervention. I highly recommend this book if you're considering natural or even medicated birth. Though this book does seem to be a little bit repetitive and seems a little one-sided.

You have to work it out, a book by itself can't do much, but if you learn and practice these exercises you can come a long way to bring peace and calm back into your life. Really practical exercises that are easy to learn and relate too and there is a wide selection for different personality types and thinking styles.

I recently did a personality test and came out very low on conscientiousness I've been looking for practical ways to make myself more focussed and found this to be very helpful. I enjoyed the ideas that were presented but quickly lost interest in the numerous examples of possible habits. I'm glad I bought it but will likely not re-listen it.

This book functions admirably for the total learner. It is anything but difficult to peruse and generally without the boosterism you see in huge numbers of these kinds of book. There is a few, obviously, it is anything but a scholastic content. Thank god, there's so much tangled data out there, I simply required something that will make me go. Clear the key to getting rich isn't in here as the securities exchange is a bet. It separates each condition and clarifies precisely what it implies from a speculation point of view.
