I loved the storyline and how Caz, Giselle, Duke and Macarios, have some good character development. I think it’s funny and obnoxious at the same time that Duke is obsessed with food. It was kinda sad that Giselle had killed someone so soon into the book, and Macarios I think needed a little bit more time in getting used to the modern things of this world.
I would recommend this to anybody honestly. Alanson and Bray are a great team and they do well working together.
I give it fives stars all around because it’s a story that could go far, just like it’s predecessor of Expeditionary Force with Joe and Skippy. I can tell there’s some Easter eggs from the beer can in there and R.C. Bray pulls it off well.

The problem with lying about having a super weapon is that the bad guys might believe they have nothing to lose by doing something stupid that both sides will regret. Or, they might just call your bluff. Either way, the Merry Band of Pirates need a plan to deal with the Fallout.

What an epic story!

As someone who has grown up in the Star Wars universe, for many years I have enjoyed the storyline and familiar song stylings as well as the many lightsaber battles. On and off for over a decade I’ve tried to read this series but now that I have access to Audible, I blasted through all these books and have delved deeper into the saga that has shaped our culture.
