His story was colorful and encouraging. I loved his energy in telling his story. I felt like I was there when he encouraged the audience to sing along. I enjoyed participating.

What a beautiful love letter. It made me reminisce the moments I had with my father from childhood to adulthood. I found this to be a healing balm to the pain that I still endure missing my dad.

Matter of fact, either love it or don't

I'm a huge McConaughey fan, and this book only enrichened that admiration. It's so pleasant to find out the person you thought was great, really is. The approach he took on his life lessons were easy to digest and understand. He encourages to be a better person. He shows that he's just a regular guy like the rest of us and that we can all work to be better and make this a better place.

Jamie beautifully told his story whole being very open and vulnerable. This would be a book that I would like to do a club topic on with other parents because of the way he laid out his experiences.

Tantalizing

I saw a review that had a negative review about the narrator. After listening for myself, I think a British South Asian narrator with the talents of Shiromi Arserio was perfect for the accents needed for the reading of this book. Also there were many during female leads in this book which cried for a female voice to narrate.
I was very pleased to have Blu Marsalis back in the xenomorph story adventure. I The back story to the planet was nice, but I would have liked a little more to the parasitic creatures there. This still had a great story line and plenty of twists and turns.

Disturbing delightful

I love the strength of Ripley. She shows the greatest courage during her most paralyzing terror. The relationship between her and Newt throughout the constant horror speaks bounds of humanity. But I like Vargas looked forward for each moment to kill a Xenomorphic. This has become highly addictive to me

Idiotic punishment!

I don't understand why I would get this when I don't like scary stuff, but I guess that I didn't believe that the stories would stand up to the original. Boy was I wrong! I believe my favorite though was the story from the Xenomorph view. These were some very creative writers, but I want the nightmares to stop now. I don't know how I'll be able to get some of these scenes out of my head. Xenomorphic blue moon centipedes...shiver!

Scary but mesmerizing

I was terrified as a child about this movie. Growing up and watching the movies now and listening to the books, I find them daunting but addictive. I love Ripley's strength!
