Story had a dramatic change in direction

Basically, the story had a dramatic change in direction. It went from an adventure novel to a civilization building book the change in narrator kind of sucked. I can’t really tell the difference between characters by their voices, which means I have to pay more attention to win. He says, x character speaking.

Overall, it’s not a bad story. It is a huge shift from the original focus of the books in the narrator is not as good as Travis

It’s sad to see the end

This book is short to the point and hole are good friend Pegaz could’ve made this a multi work series after the redo instead he’s there a bunch of times skipping through things we’ve already listened to and made it if not a particularly emotional ending a satisfactory one I do appreciate the ending to this book I’m sad to see the series go but I believe it’s an appropriate ending

This is one of the weaker books

The only reason it’s a three star not a four star is cause I’ve gotten used to his amazing writing this was just not as good there wasn’t as much depth to the story there was no great adventure it was just a bundle of nearly side story ask activities There are a couple of things that I think make should make it into a book of the main story but it seems like a side story and it’s the next book in the series which is a little discouraging I hope the next one is better

Can’t wait for the next one

I’ve got a very few specific complaints the first one is the amount of interludes there a fuck ton of them and a couple of them weren’t particularly interesting and that could get a little annoying The second thing was a couple of the female voices got on my nerves like they just sounded annoying the type of voice you hear and want to turn around and punch him in the face but I enjoyed the book and had some moments that were really tense and a couple that were just straight up anti-climactic and towards the end you’re just screaming go in and do some thing this book felt kind of unfinished I mean it finishes out the last book but it does a lot of build up and I’m really pissed off about Zanker I enjoyed the book was highly anticipated and I think it delivered on a lot of front but I got no clue where the stories going from here not in a bad way They’re just a couple possibilities that I think we could run with and I’m not sure where the stories going next I enjoyed the book I do recommend

That epilogue chapter had me crying

Overall the book was fairly ordinary for the offer and I really enjoyed a series and it was still a little more depressing but still had the funny moments that you could laugh at but my God at the very end what the final sentence of the epilogue was made me tear it was phenomenal I wish I could re-experience that for the first time 10 out of 10

Focus too much on Zach

It focused too much on Zack I’m a much bigger fan reunion I don’t want to see him more in this book and it’s a decent book ratings find the stories pretty good it moves the story forward it does plenty just would’ve like to see more of the character I enjoy more

A tale of short stories

I think we might only get 45 minutes in this entire book of actually following Dale but she can be a little annoying the rest of the book is a conjunction of short stories in different parts of the world following different people doing different things some of them are really fun I enjoyed the ones with James and there’s a couple other fun individuals But it would be better in my opinion if we could focus on characters that I’ve already connected with instead of continuously introducing new ones that I don’t particularly care about in the grinder story

There’s no book better

This is not my favorite book but it’s a damn good book it provokes feelings and thoughts about my personal life but I didn’t think I never have to reconsider about the struggles of being old and how being old can affect your health and the way people in your family treat you after you become old I would’ve liked a kinder warm and cuddly grand father figure in this book instead of the curmudgeon we get but he makes the story perfect and I think there should be more books that are just one off Fun slice of life book like this

Great way to spend a day I truly recommend

I absolutely love this

This was absolutely amazing it has an amazing balance between plausible victory and ridiculous stunts with the sass and sarcasm being amazing and the narrator is perfect for this it matches so beautifully that I can’t even describe it this is an amazing talk for those of fantasy lit RPG sword and sorcery type loving people with a beautiful mix of humor sarcasm and action The narrator getting all the subtleties of the conversation across beautifully I love this book and I’d recommend it to anyone
