STUNNING
Revisado: 09-09-17
I cannot say enough food things about this book. It is stunning in every sense of the word.
It made me smile, laugh, cry happy tears and sad tears.
I strongly recommended this treasure!
The characters and story and narration were perfectly done. I recommend this one as a read or a listen.
The family connection and threads they weave in regards to new and old family and the back and forth in time are terrific.
I couldn't stop listening. If I had read it i would've been able to put it down!
I LOVED IT

But most of them have never seen Billy. Not until Grace begins to sit outside on the building's front stoop for hours every day, inches from Billy's patio.

Historia
Five days ago a rash of bizarre murders swept the country. Senseless. Brutal. Seemingly unconnected. A cop walked into a nursing home and unloaded his weapons on elderly and staff alike. A mass of school shootings. Prison riots of unprecedented brutality. Mind-boggling acts of violence in every state. Four Days Ago the murders increased ten-fold. Three days ago the President addressed the nation and begged for calm and peace. Two days ago the killers began to mobilize. Yesterday all the power went out. Tonight....

fun to listen to
Revisado: 03-03-17
I liked this story. it was fun to listen to on audio book. I would recommend it to anyone who lies a sci-fi thriller. it definitely has good twists and turns and the characters are great. I would of liked more science behind the phenomenon. it also has a lot of twists that weren't predictable which is always good.

Historia
Ralph Elllison's Invisible Man is a monumental novel, one that can well be called an epic of modern American Negro life. It is a strange story, in which many extraordinary things happen, some of them shocking and brutal, some of them pitiful and touching—yet always with elements of comedy and irony and burlesque that appear in unexpected places. It is a book that has a great deal to say and which is destined to have a great deal said about it.

a lot of drama

there are a lot of relationships in this story and the author goes deep into it. in a good way. I enjoy the depth of the character stories but the story itself wasn't riveting. it was a bit predictable.
