Unbelievably great narration
Revisado: 10-27-18
Loved this book with its many twists and turns. Excellent performance, even where the womens' voices are done by a man, which is usually very whiny or annoying - in this case it's very well executed. I'm definitely becoming a fast fan of Allen Eskens and Max Rupert...

I truly enjoyed every minute of the performance and will listen to it again and again.
The research into this book is astounding and it is clear why it took ten years to write. You can see and feel everything that Mark Sullivan wanted you to.
A definite in any collection of war novels!

The perfect book for the spirituality sceptics who really do need meditation in their daily routine. 10% Happier is a spiritual book written for - and by - someone who would otherwise never listen to a spiritual book. It is both a deadly serious and seriously funny look at mindfulness and meditation as the next big public health revolution.

This book opened a new world to me.
Dan has managed to promote the idea and practice of meditation with the backing and running commentary of real thoughs, feelings and a highlight reel of real world issues. The point is to preservere and keep asking questions.
I will listen to this book again and again and keep practicing to practice meditation.

Initially I couldn't figure out what was going on with the narrator until I realized that she was using a Russian accent. I loved it from there on. The story is captivating and I enjoyed every moment. Kathleen Gati brought the characters to life and I fell in love with the cast.
It's an amazing story from a completely different point of view! Heartwrenching truths.
