I feel bad for the author because it seems she tried very hard to write this book.
It just doesn’t work for me. The content is very weak and it was super hard to read... I stopped reading a little before the half way mark. it was just boring and weak. If you like books like The 5 second rule, High Performance Habits, Outliers, Peak Performance, Awaken the giant within, do not buy this book

I really enjoyed high-performance habits by the same author. Unfortunately, this one is nowhere near HPH. If this is your first self-help book it may work for you.
But if you are a reader of self-help or Coaching books, stay away from this one
