Me Encanto.
Revisado: 02-24-25

Palm Springs
Revisado: 02-13-25
I live in the area and I’m so so happy how accurate you describe Palm Springs and you made me value this city that just like Poppy I’ve trying to get away from. And that relationship Poppy had with her mom was just so so beautiful, what I aspire to be or to have if I ever become a Mom. And that last chapter was so beautiful too that had me tearing up and it would probably be weird but I really Loved Bernard, Wish I had more of him. Thank you for this book.

Historia
Everything about Jessie is wrong. At least that's what it feels like during her first week of junior year at her new ultra-intimidating prep school in Los Angeles. Just when she's thinking about hightailing it back to Chicago, she gets an email from a person calling themselves Somebody/Nobody (SN for short), offering to help her navigate the wilds of Wood Valley High School. Is it an elaborate hoax? Or can she rely on SN for some much-needed help?

The most heartfelt book I ever listen to
Revisado: 02-11-25
I’m 25 years old and I’m long past due High School romance but this book with this 16 year old girl touched each fiber of my heart because *just like Jessi I also had to move to a different city and leave my best friend behind. *And her mom, I know in my heart I want, If I ever become a mom, to be just as she was, to have that relationship with my kid. *The way the Rachel still miss her husband was so real because moving on doesn’t mean stop loving or forgetting. This book is so beautiful in so many levels. THANK YOU for this book, me going to sleep at 4:00 A.M has been so worth it! No regrets.

Historia
Obituary writer Nadine Barbault doesn’t mind being called “Lady Death”. It suits the ice queen persona she’s cultivated to survive the fast-paced Toronto Herald. So when Nadine learns that famous (and reclusive) author Dot Voline has died, she doesn’t hesitate to run the obituary…only to discover that Dot is very much alive. Nadine’s screw-up has brought Wesley Chen of the rival Spear no end of joy—she’s been a thorn in his extremely ambitious side for years. But the renewed interest in Dot also surfaced chatter about a mysterious past scandal.

Mystery
Revisado: 01-13-25
It was a good listen, but their romance didn’t make me feel in love or butterflies. I love Dot Voline she was my favorite and her story was beautiful. And please, the cats were also main protagonists if you ask me. Huge thanks to John Cho, I loved his performance and I love having the Male POV in this book.

As the ice queen heiress to a multi-million-dollar luxury hotel chain, Margot always knew her parents would choose who she was to marry—whichever candidate had the deepest pockets and the most business assets. So when the time comes to either enter an engagement with a man she’s never met or lose her sparkling fortune, Margot knows there is only one answer. To keep her impulsivity in check, and to avoid ruining the business deal of a lifetime, Margot’s parents enlist Sumner Pennington, a new hire at the hotel, to play her secretary and to keep the leash on her tight.

Thank you so much for making this book. I’ve been waiting for your creative mind to make a young adult book. I can’t express how this book makes me feel. I love strong female leads. I loved Nancy she was so funny. And I like knowing a bit more of Destelle and Harry. :)

Me saco risas, muchas risas
Revisado: 07-18-24

Historia
Alicia Berenson’s life is seemingly perfect. A famous painter married to an in-demand fashion photographer, she lives in a grand house with big windows overlooking a park in one of London’s most desirable areas. One evening, her husband, Gabriel, returns home late from a fashion shoot, and Alicia shoots him five times in the face and then never speaks another word. Alicia’s refusal to talk, or give any kind of explanation, turns a domestic tragedy into something far grander, a mystery that captures the public imagination and casts Alicia into notoriety.

For Dee Kwan, every day is the perfect day. No, really. She has a house she loves, a job she adores, and a ridiculously attractive “nemesis” who never seems to mind when she wins their favorite online game. How can life possibly get better? (It can’t, obviously. It can only get much, much worse.) Soon Dee is forced to share her adorably cozy home with her parents and estranged grandmother. Then she’s tossed into the deep end at work, tasked with cleaning up a scandal for the intimidatingly chic luxury fashion firm Celeste. If that weren’t enough, she discovers her hot nemesis works there, too.

Not as intriguing
Revisado: 03-16-24
I couldn’t connect with any of the characters, sorry,
Tbh what I like the most was Michael cause we actually had an enemy, but the love story it never made me feel in love, not even any of their kisses made me feel butterflies, it was a little difficult to finish the book.
But Philipa did amazing as always. Anyway thank you for letting us know how is it going for Ari and Jihoon I’m so glad they are doing well, I appreciate that bit of follow up for those two. Overall all I love you Lili Chu and I’m looking forward to your next book :)

Historia
This Psych 312 assignment just might send me off the deep end. Determining whether love at first sight really exists with Robbie Moravian as my project partner of all people? He’s the sappiest man alive, so upbeat I could scream, and clearly rooting for happy endings at every turn. How does he not learn from experience considering our own meet-cute last semester almost got us expelled? But we both need to pass this course to graduate. So we’re interviewing five random couples about their meet-cutes and relationships and spending all this time together. Which is certainly...educational.

I really really enjoyed this audible so much because it’s more than one love story in just one audible and you enjoy all of them. I love the main protagonists I was able to humanize with them cause I’ve have feel like them before. They were so nice and mature. The voice actors did a great job. Cara Thank you so much for giving this 24 year old love stories about adults. I’m so tired of teenagers love stories.
