Historia
After Tova Sullivan’s husband died, she began working the night shift at the Sowell Bay Aquarium, mopping floors and tidying up. Keeping busy has always helped her cope, which she’s been doing since her eighteen-year-old son, Erik, mysteriously vanished on a boat in Puget Sound over thirty years ago. Tova becomes acquainted with curmudgeonly Marcellus, a giant Pacific octopus living at the aquarium. Marcellus knows more than anyone can imagine but wouldn’t dream of lifting one of his eight arms for his human captors—until he forms a remarkable friendship with Tova.

Historia
On May 8, 1373, 30-year-old Julian of Norwich, sick and near death, had a series of visions of Christ. In these 16 visions she learnt about God's loving nature. God in Julian's visions was not angry and wrathful. Instead, the three properties of God were presented as life, love and light, and all of His creation was good, including his servant, man. In Julian's version, Man is not to blame for his sin; instead it is something that he must experience and overcome in his spiritual journey with God.

Uplifting and fascinating. Julian of Norwich might be my favorite Christian Mystic. I also think being an anchorite is a fascinating existence.

So darn fascinating
Revisado: 03-12-22
Christian writes with such authority on the topic of prebirth planning and our purposes in life and has a gift for communicating very difficult concepts and making them …graspable. I’ve been studying these concepts for over two decades now and have read over 100 books on the matter of the big picture of our reality and near death experiences. This book is in my top five. It covers so much information and makes sense out of the chaos of life. I just love it.
