I highly recommend this book if you have ADHD or know anyone who does. I found it to be so honest, informative, funny and relatable. I’m going to listen to it again now and am telling everyone I know to read/listen. Thank you Penn and Kim (and everyone involved in creating this amazing book). I truly feel seen!

I just finished listening to Stir and didn’t want it to end. The authors beautiful writing and pleasant voice made listening so enjoyable. It’s amazing that a story about a young woman having an aneurism and several brain surgeries could be so seamlessly woven with stories of food and cooking. Her attitude throughout was so honest and positive. I feel inspired and thankful post listening to this book.

Wow! I was blown away. Jessica is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I loved hearing her open truths and life stories and appreciated her honesty. I left this book with so much respect for her as a musician, woman and fellow mommy. Her writing and listening to her speak and sing were just a pleasure. I literally laughed and cried and felt like an old friend was speaking with me.
