A fun read!

This was recommended by my friend and I loved it! It’s fast-paced / full of action, and intelligent yet not too much to make you roll your eyes at them trying to be pretentious. Great character development, and enough room to grow more of the story that I wish there were more books in the universe. (And maybe there are, but I haven’t seen them yet!)

Anyways, worth the read!

I love all of the Noobtown books, and this addition to the series is no different. Jim continues to fumble through his journey, giving lots of hilarious moments.

There are always a handful of moments where I’m literally laughing out loud while listening to this, so uhhh watch out if you’re listening in a public place. You will be hit upside the head with some hilarious line that you can’t resist.

Love. This. Series.

This is yet another great book in the Noobtown series. The narrator is perfect, this is the only book series my son and I quote to each other like a movie. 😆

Also the story is great - lighthearted but still intelligent and interesting. I like the way the author weaves together plot and video game world metrics. You don’t see that balance in most of this genre’s books.

If you like intelligent, goofy, irreverent humor... this series is for you. I’m a nerd from way back and totally love Noobtown. This book was just a continuation of the awesomeness.

Flawless

This was excellent. The voice acting, the story, the everything.

So satisfying! Was a different way of listening compared to full novels, but I really got into after the initial “oh this is what I’m supposed to do” working through the episodes.

Worth a listen!!

Perfect... witty, funny, sarcastic

This is fantastic. The MC is hilarious! Just enough irreverent humor balanced with a solid story, on top of great editing and a VERY talented narrator. Like. He freaking makes this audiobook.

Anyways. If you’re on the fence, you need to just try this one out. One of the best litrpg books I’ve came across.

An excellent book needs a fantastic narrator. Luckily for us, it happens in this book. There are a lot of difficult areas where the narrator nails it. I think I’ll listen to it again, a great read!
