Authur said "great" WAY too many times. There are so many adjectives that could have been used rather than the repeated over use of the word "great".
Also the advice to remove all storage type vanities in the bathrooms and replace them with pedestal sinks is terrible advice. Pedestal sinks are not functional for real families. That might be good advice for a powder Room but not for a bathroom.
