It’s a wonderful rendering of the Little Mermaid Story. But the performances of both narrators is what is absolutely striking here. The emotion the infuse in the characters is just beautiful. Loved it.

They're doing everything right

This title was just amazing! I usually just listen while driving, but this was so fun that I found myself listening at home too. I just wanted to know the next twist and turn of the story. It was so much fun. Can we have a sequel?

What an amazing story

I entered this without any previous knowledge of the Golden State Killer story, but I enjoy listening to true crime stories and thought this should be an interesting one. Man, was I right. It was impossible to "put down" from the first couple of minutes because the story just pulls you in.
It was not an easy listening at points - the description of the attacks, the effect it had on survivors and/or family members, the hopelessness of suspect after suspect being discarded - but the resilience of the detectives and officers involved in the case and the joy of survivors in the last few chapters is just unbelievable.

Would you consider the audio edition of In Cold Blood to be better than the print version?
No, although Scott Brick is wonderful throughout the book. Still, the printed version is, to me, always necessary to be fully aware of all the details going on.
