High actionable content that you can implement immediately!

This book has extremely valuable content and I have found myself coming back to it over and over.
It’s really a handbook for how to maximize the potential of your team members and move the business forward.
There’s only two comments I have for how this audio book could be even better. The first is that none of the chapters are titled so there’s no table of contents or way to quickly recall a chapter. Second is there’s some content that is missing where the author skips over explaining diagrams or even introducing a recording of an all team meeting but forgot to include it in the audio book. Lastly, she mentions buying the hard copy book redundantly because of all the visuals in the printed book and I understand maybe she wishes people just bought the book instead of the audiobook. But since I did start with the audio book, I wish she had an online link to view the diagrams for those who purchased the audio book instead of kinda penalizing those who didn’t buy the hard copy.
All in all, the amount of actionable content here is well worth the price of the audio book and hard copy, but if you’re going to choose what way to get the content, probably don’t get the audio book and instead just buy the hard copy.
