So if you’re wondering what’s different between this version & the original, this one just has quiet elevator music behind his reading of the book. Sometimes it doesn’t cut out right away as the scenes change (ie danger music still continues after the twins are safe).

Other than changing some of the iconic lines this was fantastic!
For example when the giant says “Fe Fi Fo Fumb I smell the blood of an Englishman.” In Colfer’s treasure trove, it’s different.

I love Dan Howell, I’ve followed his YouTube career ever since Tyler Oakley did his first collab with him (The one before keyword “whisk”). Dan is so much more intelligent then he leads on in his internet career, and I do fully believe that ever since his coming out video he has blossomed into his own black beautiful butterfly. (Im imaging his wings would be the iconic ikea plaid blanket)
This book was so inspiring and Im so going to recommend it to some of my coworkers who know what YouTubers are, and my mother.

Being a fan of his other works, I know Chris has it in him to make a great story. When it first came out, However, I didn’t think STFF would be such a captivating story as it was, so it took me a minute to get into it, and by god Chris, you took me for a ride. Yes, I do love your TLOS children’s series, and will always be a big supporter of that, However I love your YA Novels even more. I always seem to resinate with your more cynical characters (Carson, Conner, Cash) and I love how I can see myself in them.
To the regular reviewers on the edge of picking this book up and giving it a listen: DO IT. Cash’s tale with the teens gives a lot of insight to the world of Hollywood. It’s a great read and a fun tale. I hope people get the enjoyment out of it like I did.
