I was hoping for more details on how to use mindfulness practices specifically for ADHD. Essentially this book emphasizes how mindfulness "could" be helpful and then teaches you mindfulness. As someone with ADHD that is already familiar with mindfulness practices, I found very little value added to your other resources that I already have for practicing mindfulness or how to specifically apply those practices for ADHD.

Author needs to stick to his written book as he narrates, might be best to have the book read by someone else to avoid speaking off the cuff instead of this being an audiobook. The way it's read makes it almost impossible to follow along with the written book. It comes across more as a podcast than an audiobook, and thus, it is very difficult to digest and focus on the actual content because of this presentation.
