This book started of ok, but the contrived reasoning behind the decisions were poorly thought out. Most of the tension in this book could/would have been solved by preplanning so simple and obvious that it really leaves the reader confused and asking why. There were attempts to fix this later in the book but it was a poor attempt. this series had a lot of potential and I am really sad to see it go down this path.

There seemed to be no real plot no real direction in the story. The main character was unlikable and did almost nothing for the first half of the book and the other half made bad decisions. The. Ideas were there but the author needed to develop a more complex character and explore one of th 50 ideas that was presented. It could have been so much more.

Should have stopped at book 3

A sad addition to the series

Like many other reviewers, I was disappointed with this book. The new character "Dash" and his friends were just so annoying and immature. His disregard for his and other safety just to make a name for himself made portions of this book unreadable. And the face that this is not only supported but at times praised just made it worse.
In regard to to rest of the story is seems like a repeat of the first book without any spaceship, new tech, or enemy's. I would skip this one. save ur time and credits/money.
