Informative and practical!

This is a great book! This book is organized in a way that is very easy to understand and you get a complete overview of the reasons behind how to work out. There are so many helpful tips and strategies offered in the book to help you work out more efficiently. I really enjoyed the chapter on the only equipment you need. Who'd thought you only need this one piece of equipment to get full-body training! And this book gives you step by a step training program. Get your book so you will find out what is that one piece of equipment you need for a full-body workout.

I really enjoyed this book. As we get back to work out on a regular basis as this pandemic is coming to an end, this book is a great starting point before you start. I love how this book goes through in detail how your body works at different age so you can work smarter to achieve your desired outcomes. Now I know what to incorporate into my routine to kickstart my workout. There are so many helpful tips in this book to help you work smarter and more effectively also. I especially enjoy the chapter on how to stretch!

I have always wanted to learn more about Crystal and how to use them. With so many crystals out there, I didn't know where to start. I really enjoyed this book. I love how this book explains the process of finding the right crystal for you, this made getting started with crystal very easy and fun. There are so many techniques and tips on how to use crystals to improve your life. This book is very easy to use, you can go through chapter by chapter for a complete understanding, however, you could also jump straight to the section you are interested in to improve your life immediately. Get this book and try it for yourself!

Love this book!

I got those books for my kids to help them learn Mandarin. This is a lovely book, so relaxing, I found this book is especially good for them to listen to during their bedtime. The wonderful music help put them in a more relaxing mood which makes learning more receptive to them. It is amazing to find that in the morning they still remember a few words from the night before. This is a wonderful way to learn Mandarin, try it!

This is the perfect book for our present time. My kids are going to a school that is project-based and we are very aware of SEL and we are always on the looking out on UDL that is focused on creating equity in school and making sure education meets each child's unique needs and remain flexible. We are always looking for a better way to address diversity. This book is perfect, it talks about why SEL skills are so important, and why we should put more focus on this rather than just academic performance. It also explains how to identify what our kids really need. In the middle of a pandemic, all those are even more important. Please read this book if you have school-age kids. The more awareness we bring to equity, the more we can benefit kids in general.

This is a great book for kids. Not only do they get to practice spelling, but this book is also fun. We love listening to this book on our way to school or whenever we are in the car. We have two kids in the house, they actually enjoy playing this spelling game together. Highly recommended for parents looking for educational books for kids!
