One of the best books by Lisa Jewell
Revisado: 05-04-21
I think this book is one of the best by this author, and I have read more than few. I enjoyed it enormously, each character, each story with all their sins and glory. The narrator of this book did an incredible job, very pleasant to listen to. I always wonder how Lisa finds so many ideas for her books?! They all are different, and rather very good.

Pure joy
Revisado: 01-12-21
This was my third book by Rosamunde Pilcher . The story even though is very simple is absolutely wonderful to listen to. You will cry a little and laugh a little, but most of all fall in love with main characters, their stories, their heartbreaks and their joyful moments. The book made me feel hopeful and happy

Interesting twist to the story
Revisado: 01-17-16
The story grabs your attention right after first couple of chapters and never lets it go. I found it hard to stop listening and looked forward to the end. A happy end thank goodness.
However, at the beginning I found the voice reading the story to be irritating. I especially disliked her tone of the voice for Lia - the main character of 45 years old - sounding like a teenager. The voice was missing the depth and maturity for some characters . But I got used to it and in the end it wasn't so bad after all.
Read it or listen to it, your choice - you would still like this book.
