Amazingly intricate

Im not the biggest sci-fi lover. However this set is amazing. The concepts are not popularly explored in the mainstream sci-fi genre and it is beautifully explored here. The voice actor does an amazing job as well, he brings the writing to life.
I would highly recommend this to sci-fi lovers and non sci-fi lovers alike.

Scott killed it like always

I’m not a huge Sci-Fi guy but every book Scott writes is great. Always captivating always catches my attention. Can’t wait for more. Excited to see where this series goes. Only problem I had was the voice actors pronunciation of Aegis. But that’s just because I’m a Greek nerd. 5/5

One problem

There is a problem with chapter 46, it cuts off early into chapter 47. It isnt hard to infer what happens after the cut, but it is jarring. Other than that I loved this book. Even more than the first book. It was everything I wanted and more for the second book.

Great Book even for those not THAT into Sci-fi

I absolutely loved the book. Im not massively into Sci-fi but the premise of the story caught my eye and I am glad I gave it a listen to. The story. The characters. The premise of the book itself was amazing. I already recommended it to a few friends of mine and I finished the book in only a couple days. I ate it right up. Its worth giving a listen to. I plan on getting the next two books on my next subscription renewal.

I do not like listening to a book demeaning someone for their points of view and beliefs and all you hear is “bigot this” and “bigot that” and “hate monger” and use conservative as a demeaning word. This is whats wrong with politics. You write a book just to crap on those who think differently than u and then give it for free so more people will hear it. Liberal bull

Hard to put into words

First off. Perfect voice actor. Totally captured the air and feel of the protagonist and really told the story. The book grabs you by the first chapter, hands down, presents you with a situation and builds upon it and really throws you down the rabbit hole. If your weak of constitution to what goes on in the dark under belly of society then this book isn’t for you. If you like a dark compelling story that appeals to your personal call to justice then this is your book.
Would highly recommend.
