Absolutely relatable!

I loved everything about this book! Relatable on EVERY SINGLE level! I found myself exhaling because even though you suspect that you're not alone in your angst as a mom, this confirms it!! You're not alone. Thank you Kristen and Jen for laying it out and reminding me that as a mom, I am still a woman first, vibrant, flawed, sexy, scarred, and I am still amazing!

The cast did an excellent job bringing this comedy to life. Tajari's and Tracee's performance were stellar. The story itself was a bit exaggerated at times but still enjoyable.

Great introduction to Shakespeare

The narrator's style made it difficult to get through. Were it not for a love of Shakespeare, I would not have powered through. The narrator did not read effortlessly and with expression. The reading sounded unnatural, as if he conversationally speaking and telling a story.

As usual, George Guidall is masterful!

It was a good read, though it felt unfinished not knowing specifically what happened with some of the characters in the end, even in the epilogue. But, maybe that's just me. George Guidall truly brings the characters to life and in my mind he's the only Mitch Rapp, Kennedy, Coleman etc. He is a master with the voices. Love him as the narrator of these novels.

Narrator better than the first.

Kept me on the edge of my seat, with a story that ripped me apart and put me back together again. I could have done without some of Feyrah's inner monologuing though :). I understand everyone has their preferences, but for those describing the narrator as terrible? That's a gross exaggeration. Personally? I preferred Amanda to the previous narrator, from the very beginning. Excellently done! And a marvelous story!

Kyle running out of steam?

This was not my least favorite book in the series, but it didn't make top 5. Why Kyle would turn a beloved character throughout the series against his friends in the worse way is beyond imagining. Irene Kennedy came off as unsure, and toothless, not like the smart-as-a-whip, one-step-ahead-of-the-threats, Irene in previous storied. Marcus couldn't trace an internal CIA breach? Really?!! The ending felt unfinished, and even if it was setup as a 'to be continued' scenario, it fell flat. It felt like he's trying to wind down the Mitch Rapp et al arc. If so, then do it with a modicum of recognition of the characters Vince Flynn created. As always, George Guidall was seemless in his representation and portrayal of each and every character.

This was REALLY a struggle to finish.

I kept listening hoping it would redeem itself but to no avail. The story just dragged on and on and could've probably gotten to the point in fewer chapters. The plot itself felt unfinished with no end to the arc of some key characters. A repeated reference to a tattoo of the main character was not fully developed to reveal its connection. In all, it felt flat as was proven by the ending. The narrators did a decent job. I wouldn't listen again.

No 2nd epilogue, but great listen.

Another superb narration by Ms. Landor, who could read a paper bag and I would love it! But, I was VERY disappointed that the second epilogue that I've come to enjoy and dare I say expect, was missing.

Too Cinderella-y...
