Wow, I can't believe people fall for this.

From the start, the audible sounds like an infomercial.
The background noise is as bad as others commented.
There are two parts that really made me return this item.
First, the Silva Method says if you find you don't have money to make a house or car payment, don't worry. Just image money coming in and it will.
Second, if you have been attempting to make a sale for the past 3 weeks to a specific person but everyone in the office gives you the cold shoulder, the Silva Methods says just think of them signing the sale and everyone in the office will greet you with open arms and the person will gladly write a check to you.
It is this type of thinking that has generated lazy people.
If you don't have money then don't think about having money, instead get up and earn it.
If I could just think about things and it would happen I would have a ten figure salary and be living in the Playboy mansion.

The ending bombed.

Overall pretty interesting and very creative.
Felt there were only a few spots were I thought "Oh come on already."
The narration was done very well.
Alternating between narrators added value.
Some creative twists.
Found myself looking forward to/from the drive to work.
But it was the ending that was a dud.
Just didn't make sense and for some characters, not the way one would hope (No spoilers here.)

Great insight into some unknow background

I knew there were a number of previous searchers but was unaware of just how much actually went on.
Overall a great book. There was only 1 or 2 chapters that seem to ramble about a theory.

Pleasantly surprised

This was one of the free books offered and was pleasantly surprised.
It flowed nicely and kept my interest.
The ending was rather quick and ended abruptly.
The narrator was great and would enjoy hearing other books by him.

Really enjoyed the book. Expected to hear some of the really outrageous stuff but it was actually sort of tame and slightly disappointing in that area. Other than that it was an excellent book.

Great but missing lots of details

As a fan of Vegas, the book was enjoyable as I knew all the locations and places visited, but the book was lacking in some sense. For example, when going to dinner the only information reveals is "It was their best meal ever." and that is it.
What did they eat and why was it the best???
This book left me wondering about different situations at time.
Definitely some funny parts.
If I were not a fan of Vegas I probably would have given this 3 stars.

Surprisingly what I expected but a bit more

Overall it was a great book but ended abruptly.
I would have like to know a bit more about "The End".
Were there any charges against her?
Why did they close down if they were just an Escort Service which is not illegal?
Did she have to go to court or was there some agreement to close down?

Everyone needs to listen to this book.

When I state "everyone", this means from late teens, adults, male and female.
This book is an eye opener and painfully true.
If you feel you are a person able to defend yourself in any situation, hang tight and be prepare to find out how little you are actually prepared.
This books takes you from recognizing a situation, how to avoid a situation, as well as potential aftermath of a situation that most people are completely unaware.

My Best Brain....hurt listening to this.

This is by 2nd of "The Great Courses" series and will be my last. Both books were returned.
I attempted to write this review with the Performance rating of 0, but I had to enter in at least 1 star.
