Great perspectives for working men and women

I work in a male dominated industry and many if the misunderstandings and conflicts I've faced were explained here. It proved a great tool for broadening my perspectives to include various ways men might think, act, and be motivated in the work place. A few of the comments about women were mushy and defended behaviors that don't be long in the corporate environment in my opinion but over all it was an excellent book. I learned a lot and have a new perspective on how our differences as men and women can lead to great success.
