What an amazing book! Ms Butcher did an excellent job writing and narrating her story. It does make me want to give her a big hug though.

This book. THIS FREAKING BOOK. I have the worst book hangover right now. Suicide is typically a huge trigger for me, but this was done so well and with so much care that I can't help but love the author even more for how she tackled this (extremely personal to me) issue.

I don't think I've ever experience a bad book from any of the narrators, so they were perfect as always. But Jacob Morgan's portrayal of Kellan...man, it just was next level.

If you need a book that has endless talent and will have you all in your feels then this is it. Easily in my top 10 2021 reads.

First off, you can never go wrong with a Kathryn Moon book. Seriously. There hasn't been a single one of her novels that I haven't adored and this one is no different. I devoured the book the day it came out and I've been (impatiently) waiting on the audio ever since.

Isabella Clarke does a masterful job bringing these characters to life, as always. Zero complaints there.

But boy howdy, be ready to fan yourself because this is full of spice! Have a glass of water nearby lol

Okay, so I didn't think that there was any way to top These Walls Can Talk, but Erin and her cast have absolutely knocked this one out of the park. Every single narrator did a fantastic job, but major props to Joe Arden for his hilarious and flawless portrayal of The Narwhal.

I laughed and grinned so much during the duration of this audioplay that my face and jaw hurt! If there were more stars to give then I would!

Kathryn Moon has done an outstanding job once again. The Kingdom's Crown is all the things that the end of a series should be. I think all of the little mysteries have been resolved, all the loops closed, and Moon still manages to give us this overwhelming love and completion not only of Bryony and each of her chosen individually, but as a whole. Her love for Kimmery and her people shines through. The narrators did an amazing job bringing these characters to life. I give TKC all of the stars!

Amanda Ronconi once again delivers us another Half-Moon Hollow novel with near perfect narration. This book had me all in my feels because the lengths that Libby goes to so that she will be able to stay with her son made me super teary. I don't to say more for risk of spoiling something, but definitely keep your tissues handy for this one!

I've binge listened to this entire series and I'm still not ready to say goodbye to all of these characters. I need more!

Ty's story is one of my favorite's because of the amazing character growth she goes through. She's not a damsel in distress and seeing her fight her own battles and doing stuff for herself was so exciting!

So, after finishing Molly Harper's Mystic Bayou series I wasn't quite ready to let go of this author's writing. I took a deep dive into her backlist and fell head over heels in love with Half-Moon Hollow and all of their characters. Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs became an instant favorite of mine and as always Amanda Ronconi was AMAZING. I love her southern accents, but I think Dick Chaney's one is my favorite because I can just SEE him so clearly with Ronconi's narration.

Y'all this is not your typical RH. The Princess's Chosen is book 2 in the Inheritance of Hunger series and is just EVERYTHING. I adore how Kathryn Moon evolves her characters - seeing them grow in such huge and subtle ways (especially Bryony) is an absolute gift. And y'all! WHEW! This story is filled with some very spicy scenes that even had me blushing! The narrators do a fantastic job picking up the little nuances of each character and I just love this series so much! I can't wait for the next book to come out in audio!

Kathryn Moon never ceases to amaze me in how completely unique her series are! She's become a recent favorite of mine and I'm enjoying devouring her backlist. The narrators did a fantastic job bringing these characters to life. Isabella Clarke did a fantastic job portraying Bryony as this anxious, shy woman in the beginning all the way through her metamorphosis. Piers Ryman did a good job at making each of the men sound unique and different. This book does end on a cliffhanger, but I don't think it's one that leaves you in pain...just more curious and excited for what the next book offers!
