Get the Hardcopy! It’s a good storyline. The narration is right up there in the top 5 worse I’ve heard. I have over 270 titles

I thought about keeping quiet but then I realized I should warn others. This book is a hot... mess... Not only is the narration atrocious but the the story itself is a hodge-podge of happenings. I get the whole bag of different beings co-mingling thing that's been done since forever now, but god this could have been SO much better. It's a bunch of dumb stuff happening like bit by a dragon then suddenly talking about a hospital with a hornet's nest thrn a werewolf comes and then the mc is going into the bathroom bc she started her period - I mean the transitions to these events need a LOT of work. And that's just Chapters 1-4. 2 stars for trying to push out a story. And then this narrator - Audible... please PLEASE find acceptable speakers. This lady's voice-acting is ridiculous, cringe, dumb sounding, boring, grates on my nerves SO bad I can't even listen to the mostly sht so far storyline. It's almost as bad as Sarah J Maas' monotonous narrator. Those books I'll have to read myself. Because these narrators are destroying the entire ambiance and feel of the literature. They're reading the words and that's it. Narrator: 2 stars for showing up and attempting to switch up voices per character, albeit ridiculous sounding they were.
Do better, Audible. Take a poll. Find volunteers. Test them. Something. A wasted Credit.

Historia
Love? That’s not in my script. At least, that’s what I thought before Rah. Rah and his seven feet of broad-shouldered, unreadable, way-too-noble-for-his-own-good self. If someone had told me I’d be stuck on a green desert planet, tangled up in some slow-burn, unresolved-tension situation with him, I would’ve laughed and said that sounds like a bad sci-fi romance.

100% ENTHRALLING!!

Don't try to listen to this while you're at work because BOY BOY BOY!... your coworkers will ask you why you're smiling stupidly or just standing in the middle of the floor with your mouth hanging open. I must say this book was THE most accurate telling of mind-blowing ...relations... that I have EVER read. Lawd hah-merceh *church fanning* The descriptions of the guys is absolutely titilating and had me biting my lip. I loved the narrator, loved that she didn't do some annoying "fake" voice but was soulful and real. I giggled every time she pronounced "hover" as "Hoover" though lol But yeah the author had me HATINGGG Zora, cussing that she's going to traumatize Rah! The book had a LOT of good twists and turns and kept me interested and swept up for hours on end!
