Historia
You know you’re invisible when even your bullies forget to pick on you. That’s me, Bettina Blair, hidden in plain sight. No matter how hard I try I just never fit in with my classmates. Now I know why. I’m a witch...apparently. One little demon attack and my parents confess their ugly secret…and ship me off to an elite academy of magic—for witches only. I can't summon magic. I can't fight with my hands or my fists. I just don't belong here, and Jackson Lancaster keeps reminding me every single chance he gets. This boy is the most insufferable, intolerable, unbearable, judgmental person.

Amazing!!
Revisado: 04-05-25
I obsess with Chandelle Lavaun books. I listened to Elemental Magic and just finished Academy of Magic and my mind is blown. The narrator is great and the story is so good and so consistent. I love the happy ending. I've been sobbing for a few chapters. I also loved that there were so many moments when I was like I knew it!! I knew that was going to happen!! The story was so easy to follow and kept me engaged. I can't wait to check out Emerson and Sapphie's stories next!

So good!
Revisado: 05-08-24
I loved the story. The narrators really brought the characters to life. I cried a lot. I felt Nell's & Addies pain. I understand Clark's abandonment issues. There is a lot of action, love, thrill, and headache sections, which keeps the listener engaged and enthralled. This was my first time listening to anything by this author, and I was very impressed by her creativity. This book is so worth it, I never wanted the story to end. When the story did end, the ending was so powerful and well written. I adore happy endings, and I got one with this book.

Historia
When Edward Cullen and Bella Swan met in Twilight, an iconic love story was born. But until now, fans have heard only Bella's side of the story. At last, listeners can experience Edward's version in the long-awaited companion novel, Midnight Sun. This unforgettable tale as told through Edward's eyes takes on a new and decidedly dark twist. Meeting Bella is both the most unnerving and intriguing event he has experienced in all his years as a vampire.

Great book!
Revisado: 11-05-23
This book was a great listen. I read the Twilight saga in high school and am now listening to this book 10 years later. I can see how Meyers writing has progressed. I thought the book was very intense from Edward's perspective and also kind of sad. He has a very melancholy outlook on life, and it seems like Bella brings him joy and pain. I liked learning about Edward's life and his family and hearing the whole story through his thoughts. Meyers didn't miss a beat, Midnight Sun is spot on to Twilight. I know it's hopeless dreaming and very redundant, but I would love for her to write Eclipse and Breaking Dawn in Edward's perspective. I would love to know his thoughts about everything. This book had all of my attention for 4 days, if your thinking about it, do it. You will not regret it, especially if you loved the Twilight saga. It was such a beautiful performance by the narrator!!

Historia
Simon Basset, the irresistible Duke of Hastings, has hatched a plan to keep himself free from the town's marriage-minded society mothers. He pretends to be engaged to the lovely Daphne Bridgerton. After all, it isn't as if the brooding rogue has any real plans to marry - though there is something about the alluring Miss Bridgerton that sets Simon's heart beating a bit faster. And as for Daphne, surely the clever debutante will attract some very worthy suitors now that it seems a duke has declared her desirable.
