Livvie Owen is autistic. She doesn’t feel things the same way her parents and sister do, and she’s confused why her family has to keep moving from one home to another. There is only one place where Livvie ever felt truly happy. She wants to return there now, but there’s a problem. Livvie burned that house to the ground.

Annoying narrator

I don't know how this narrator was chosen, but she mispronounces words, accents the wrong part of the sentence and is overall annoying. I had listened to the excerpt and thought it would be all right, but I was unable to even finish the book because the narrator was so grating. She needs to calm down a bit.
