I loved that it covered the life of a boy meandering through a difficult life along the way and the outward expression of what was his to choose along the way was refreshing with a big blast of nostalgia attached to it. The shaping of a cultural and educated young man in a sleazy toxic environment. His music has moved me at times the same way the music he describes moved him. This was an excellent story.
