Boring. Self important. uninteresting.

This book could be extremely useful to people who are new to sales, or want to learn sales. The only problem I have with it is that he (Kleff) tends to act as though these strategies apply to all people, and thats just not true.

This is a Great Courses production, and I've NEVER had a bad one (even on the subjects I'm not particularly interested in). If you're interested in human behavior or psychology this is a must have. Period.

Didn't read it.

Probably not. He's a terrible narrator. Boring and monotone.

Nothing I hadn't learned from Dr Maltz's book
