Historia
The Overstory unfolds in concentric rings of interlocking fable that range from antebellum New York to the late 20th-century Timber Wars of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. An air force loadmaster in the Vietnam War is shot out of the sky, then saved by falling into a banyan. An artist inherits 100 years of photographic portraits, all of the same doomed American chestnut. A hard-partying undergraduate in the late 1980s electrocutes herself, dies, and is sent back into life by creatures of air and light.

Such a moving story!
Revisado: 05-21-24
This has been the best book I've read this year! I absolutely adore it! People have no idea how many things we are gifted, yet very much take for granted.

Fantastic helpful read!
Revisado: 03-20-23
I would give this more stars if I could. This is by far one of the most sensible and helpful books on relationships I've ever read. I wish I could just brain dump this into everyone I know.

Long for me
Revisado: 02-06-23
The book is useful. It was a little drawn out for my attention span. This is simply my experience. Don't let this review deter you from exploring.

I really wanted to like it.
Revisado: 11-11-22
There were so many balls references, I started losing my zest for wanting to hear more. I'm not telling you to not listen... but by all means be forewarned about the constant fixation on male anatomy. The author could probably stand to tone it down a little. Seriously, it was just annoying.

Historia
Since the 1970s, FantasticLand has been the theme park where "Fun is Guaranteed!" But when a hurricane ravages the Florida coast and isolates the park, the employees find it anything but fun. Five weeks later, the authorities who rescue the survivors encounter a scene of horror. Photos soon emerge online of heads on spikes outside of rides and viscera and human bones littering the gift shops, breaking records for hits, views, likes, clicks, and shares.

It's ok!
Revisado: 11-10-22
The book was ok. I don't regret reading/listening. Honestly though, the male narrator voices just about made me quit. The styles were very over exaggerated. I also felt it made the book drone on longer. It's just my preference, but I want my listening to move with a steady pace.
