Very good practical advice that actually works!!
Revisado: 01-25-23
Mel does a great job reading the book in a conversational tone. It doesn't feel like she's reading but like she's talking with you.
The overall them is a bit repetitive but it helps to drive the point home and gives actual stores of how it works for multiple people.
Great job!!

In this riveting follow-up to the best seller Everything Your Coach Never Told You Because You're a Girl, Coach Dan Blank takes aim at the warm and fuzzy double-standard facing those who coach female athletes and reveals the philosophies and methods that sparked a culture of unapologetic competitiveness in a women’s college soccer team that won more games than it was ever supposed to win.

A wonderful book not only about the importance of team relationships but practicable and actionable information on ways to cultivate and harvest it. Every coach, whether coaching men or woman should take the time to listen and read this.

How many times can you say the same thing?
Revisado: 11-01-17
Not one piece of tactical advice! Just different people saying over and over “the more NO’s you get the more Yes’s you will get. Go work hard”
If you’ve read the title you’ve read the book.
